Job Title : Human Resources Representative

Location : Philadelphia

Salary : $50,000 / Year

The Human Resources Department of a Wilmington area non-profit organization has a career opportunity for a Human Resource Representative in their Philadelphia, PA office to assist with the overall human resource and recruiting efforts of the Agency.

Reporting to Human Resource Manager; provides support to the HR function in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, compliance, credentialing, training, employee records and filing.

Some of the typical duties include :

  • Talent acquisition, sourcing, applicant tracking, onboarding and orientation (appx 50% of workweek duties).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and gathering all related documentation and key details.
  • Human resources generalist duties and support.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews and other mandatory reports. QUALIFICATIONS :
  • B.A. Degree in Personnel, Business or Public Administration or a closely related field preferred and at least 2 years of relevant experience in employment processes;

or any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required.

  • Experience working for a human services organization and not-for-profit is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and be available for travel and work onsite at our Philadelphia locations.
  • Knowledge of and / or ability to learn employment laws and regulations.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
